We use your information only to find and coordinate providers for you, to send you texts about your request, to process the connection fee, and to operate and improve the service. Providers we match you with receive only what they need to fulfill your request.
SMS messaging
If you provide your mobile number, you agree to receive automated text messages from IV Drip Dash about your request (confirmation, provider options, a link to connect, provider contact details, and a follow-up). Message frequency varies based on your request and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share your request details with the local providers you are being matched with, and with service vendors that help us operate (for example, our SMS and payment processors), only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
